As you might guess, I really like the first one...the real HDR image (i am assuming). Doesn't CS4 have a healing brush? I took your image, and took out the sensor dust. Get some swabs, and swab away. You can send the camera to Canon to be cleaned if you don't fee comfortable doing it. I just sent one of mine in, and it is like new! Ihave shot in Miami before, and there is great light and architecture to work with. Nice job. Keep shooting!

the top is the mock hdr.
the other two have too high contrast.
